KCCD is the oldest Asian organization with a track records of assisting over 3,000 homeowners in 14 States and saving over $57 Million in assets. KCCD Housing Counseling Agency is a HUD approved, NeighborWorks certified Agency providing Loan Modification services free of charge. This Free event is open to the public and to all homeowners experiencing hardship and at risk of foreclosure are welcomed. Korean and Chinese Language Interpretation will be provided.
At the Event, there will be workshops topics such as Understanding Foreclosure Process, How To Apply For Loan Modification, Short Sale Options, and New Obama Loan Modification Programs. HUD Approved Counselors will be on site to answer homeowner's questions and provide immediate help by assisting with completing a Loan Modification Application on-site. We are expecting over 500 participants. Homeowners needing on-site assistance is required to bring (1) the latest mortgage statement and (2) their 2008 tax return documents.
